Serving the 55+ community in Greenacres.
The state of Florida requires each condo association to have a website to serve it’s residents. This condo association is part of a family of 9 sub-condo associtions serving the residents of Park Pointe. There is a master association site as well, found at: Park Pointe Florida. This site currently exists to primarialy be a place where pertitent documents are held for the residents.

Park Pointe Condo E Association manages six buildings in a 55 plus community in Greenacres, Florida.
This community is exclusively for residents aged 55 and over.
Residents can access important documents through our secure online storage system.
Community guidelines outline the rules and expectations for residents to ensure a harmonious living environment.
Residents are encouraged to participate in meetings and volunteer for committees to enhance community engagement.
